Job Summary
A company providing customer service support is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Associate in Cleveland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock and placing orders for the customer
- Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
Position Requirements Include:
- Must come to the Care Center for meetings and training with advanced notice on occasion
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to navigate through multiple systems and internet pages
