Job Summary

A business services company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Company Trainer in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Setting daily training meetings for new hires first week in Zoom
  • Assigning new agents their courses for the day and monitor progress
  • Testing calls and/or role play depending on the group/agent/skill

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8gb RAM, Intel Core i3-7100 or better CPU/Processor
  • Computer Headset
  • 2 Computer Monitors
  • SSD (Solids State Drive), Windows 10 OS X, Malwarebytes
  • ISP Speeds of 20mbps download, and 5mbps upload speed
