Job Summary
A travel services company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Concierge.
Must be able to:
- Deliver white glove Concierge services to an elite clientele
- Utilize multiple complex systems to accurately document and research customer information
- Provide meaningful and relevant insight to customers regarding services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Internet savvy and proficient at navigating multiple systems at one time
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, high-speed Internet connection and dedicated land-based phone line (not VOIP)
- Ability to meet all other home office equipment requirements
