Job Summary

A travel services company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Concierge.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver white glove Concierge services to an elite clientele
  • Utilize multiple complex systems to accurately document and research customer information
  • Provide meaningful and relevant insight to customers regarding services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Internet savvy and proficient at navigating multiple systems at one time
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, high-speed Internet connection and dedicated land-based phone line (not VOIP)
  • Ability to meet all other home office equipment requirements
