Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Lead Representative in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Retain existing customers who are calling to cancel plans
  • Assist customers with applying for new coverage
  • Contact existing customers who may be at the risk of losing coverage due to lapsed payments

Required Skills:

  • Must be a licensed insurance sales agent
  • Experience in, or understanding of, healthcare and/or insurance industry
  • Call/contact center experience
  • Strong telephone verbal and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience
