Job Summary

A business management solution company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Professional.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a liaison between customers and clients
  • Assisting with orders, account questions, billing, service cancellations and other inquiries
  • Identifying customers’ needs and using knowledge database to recommend solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience preferred (not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Desktop Computer or Laptop Computer Windows 7 (32 & 64 bit), Windows 8, 8.1 or Windows 10
  • POTS hardwired or digital phone line
  • All other technical requirements necessary for this position
