Job Summary

A customer relationship management and financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide customer service, adhering to scripts, and attempting to make up-sells
  • Receive and process various incoming phone calls for numerous clients
  • Obtain, enter, and verify customer information

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum one-year customer service or sales experience required
  • Training is Monday through Friday May 7th to May 22nd from 9am to 3pm CST
  • High school or GED required
  • Must be 18 years or older
