A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering above-and-beyond customer care through phone, email, and live chat
- Handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing/customer service environment
- Organized, highly detail oriented, and ready to learn
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A "no task is too small" attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills
