Job Summary

A software and payment processing solutions provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls directed from the queue
  • Make outbound dialer/collection calls regarding delinquent accounts
  • Maintain departmental standards

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
  • 1+ year experience in a call center setting with experience handling high volume inbound and outbound calls
  • A private, quiet home office space with hard-wired, high-speed internet service (DSL or Cable)
  • Excellent verbal skills, clear and confident
  • Experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
