Job Summary

A call center is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Fielding a variety of inbound calls
  • Making seminar reservations, setting appointments, and taking messages
  • Fixing problems with accounts and gathering feedback

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 Year of experience in customer service
  • Proficient spelling and grammar
  • Availability 5am-5pm PST
  • Internet connection of at least 20 Mbps up and 30 Mbps down
  • Patience and ability to accept constructive feedback
