Job Summary

An outsourcing company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming/outgoing telephone calls for clients
  • Providing accurate information about client products and services
  • Handling customer calls in a courteous and business-like fashion

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Must be able to type quickly and accurately
  • Have a basic understanding of Apple/Mac operating systems
  • Good knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Able to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
