Job Summary

A mutual insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls from agents and customers
  • Perform pre-underwriting screening
  • Verify coverage, evaluate submitted bills, and authorize payments

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • High level of accuracy with data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Be available to work until 11:05 pm CST Monday-Friday, and until 7:05 pm CST on Saturdays
  • Good working knowledge of PC based computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
