Job Summary
A company that offers an online auction website is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting company buyers on matters regarding site navigation, account setup and inquiries, payments, and other general questions
- Providing engaging and compassionate customer service within a dynamic call center environment
- Implementing conflict management skills to de-escalate calls in a way that builds a positive customer experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven stellar communicator with the ability to speak effectively to customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in computer setup and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to maintain high level of customer focus in a variety of different and complicated situations
- 2+ years of call center or customer service related experience
- Ability to meet various work from home requirements
- Ability to engage in weekly development sessions with Team Leaders and Coaches
