Job Summary

A company that offers an online auction website is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting company buyers on matters regarding site navigation, account setup and inquiries, payments, and other general questions
  • Providing engaging and compassionate customer service within a dynamic call center environment
  • Implementing conflict management skills to de-escalate calls in a way that builds a positive customer experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Proven stellar communicator with the ability to speak effectively to customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in computer setup and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to maintain high level of customer focus in a variety of different and complicated situations
  • 2+ years of call center or customer service related experience
  • Ability to meet various work from home requirements
  • Ability to engage in weekly development sessions with Team Leaders and Coaches
