Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Albuquerque.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Deliver excellent customer care from a separate, distraction free work space in your home
  • Handle service and information requests, billing explanations, cost savings advice, and explain company policies and procedures along with terms and conditions
  • Work under time constraints and effectively deal with complex customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be able to attend 100% of required 3 weeks of training Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Be able to work hours of operations (Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm); shifts will be determined near the end of training
  • Be able to successfully complete drug screen and background check
  • Meet minimum internet service criteria: 5.0 mbps upload, 10.0 mbps download, <75ms latency (ping), no wireless or satellite connections, ethernet cable for modem
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Have a minimum of 6 months call center experience or at least 1 year of customer service experience
