Job Summary
A car rental and transportation services company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati.
Must be able to:
- Handle multiple tasks, such as, talking with and listening to customers
- Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
- Maintain, at a minimum, target levels of productivity and performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Work-related experience working on a personal computer
- Must meet home office requirements listed by company
- Ability to participate and complete mandatory training for 6 weeks, M-F, 9-5:30pm CST
- 2 years of customer service experience
