Job Summary
A non-profit automotive organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Costa Mesa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engaging and educating our members who will look to your expertise for solutions and advice
- Exceeding member expectations by providing first call resolution with insight and product knowledge
- Meeting and exceeding performance-based goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Live within an 80-mile radius of our Costa Mesa Contact Center and be able to attend coaching and training no less than once per month
- 1+ years of customer experience
- Dedicated workspace, high speed internet, and a quiet area free from distractions
- A High School Diploma or GED required
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, background and drug screening
