A customer service center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Council Bluffs.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer back to back calls and resolving issues
- Build a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolve the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
