Job Summary
A contact center has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Palm Bay.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer back to back calls and resolving issues
- Build a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolve the problem quickly and ensure the situation does not escalate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to stay calm in escalated customer situations
- Must be able to speak on the phone and use a computer
- Must be able to empathize and be friendly with people you've never met
- Must be able to use logic and solve problems
