Job Summary

A contact center has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Palm Bay.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer back to back calls and resolving issues
  • Build a strong relationship with your customer
  • Resolve the problem quickly and ensure the situation does not escalate
