Job Summary

A health research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Raleigh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving incoming calls from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices
  • Navigating modern technologies such as extracting and researching data
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
