A customer-engagement services company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Silver Springs.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
- Building a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolving the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
