Job Summary

A transportation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Springfield.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
  • Locating and interpreting complex information from a number of databases
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC)
