A company that provides business services has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative in Tacoma.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
- Resolving the problem quickly and ensuring situation does not escalate
- Speaking clearly with empathy in both positive and negative situations

- Ability to stay calm in escalated customer situations
