Job Summary

A customer service provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Sales Development Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing outreach to both warm and cold prospects via phone and email
  • Providing phone and email follow-ups to ‘quote requests’
  • Running cold outbound campaigns via both email and telephone

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ideally, 12-months worth of sales experience in an SDR role
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with a wide-range of stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • High emotional intelligence to employ the most effective sales strategies/tactics
