A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing first line systems support
  • Documenting all customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitoring and following up with customers daily on open logs to insure accurate and timely resolutions

Required Skills:

  • Professional experience with medical insurance preferred
  • Able to maintain current working knowledge of systems supported
