Job Summary
An e-bike brand on a mission to get people onto bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Supervisor in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, supporting and partnering with Customer Service Representatives as they help riders find the right bike and accessories for their needs
- Coaching, training and developing current and new team members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend training that will be at local hub
- Prior experience in a customer service supervisory role
- Previous experience with coaching, training and developing current and new team members
- Demonstrated passion for building relationships with team members and customers
- Proven skills in problem solving and de-escalating complex issues
- Demonstrated impeccable communication skills across varied mediums
