Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Support Team Provider Specialist I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Updating and maintaining accurate demographic
  • Performing accurate set up of standard participating and non-participating providers
  • Requesting W-9s from providers and ensuring that provider tax identification information is accurately maintained

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 2 years-Healthcare (Required)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
  • Computer skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills
