Job Summary

A leisure travel and cruise management agency has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Travel Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Effectively handling 2 - 3 inbound service and reservation calls per hour
  • Accurately processing new vacations
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals
