Job Summary

A digital transaction authentication company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Solution Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Achieve and grow functional knowledge of internal software products
  • Identify, evaluate, promote, and implement customer support best practices
  • Use creativity and innovation to automate and streamline processes and procedures

Position Requirements Include:

  • A high school diploma/equivalent plus 4 years' experience will be considered
  • 1 year + in customer support role
  • Basic SQL capabilities to extract and analyze data
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products
  • Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving software issues
