Job Summary
A digital transaction authentication company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Solution Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Achieve and grow functional knowledge of internal software products
- Identify, evaluate, promote, and implement customer support best practices
- Use creativity and innovation to automate and streamline processes and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- A high school diploma/equivalent plus 4 years' experience will be considered
- 1 year + in customer support role
- Basic SQL capabilities to extract and analyze data
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving software issues
