Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success and Technical Account Manager in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Enabling founders to extract themselves from daily technical account management
  • Acting as liaison and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Extracting customer feedback and issues to inform product roadmap

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have a love of distributed systems, data, and learning new things
  • Must have a focus on quality and reliability; customers trust is our most cherished asset
  • Experience in a customer-facing, technical role
  • Strong social, verbal and written communications skills
  • Must have knowledge of the following technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Cassandra, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and Spark
