Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as a primary technical advisor for assigned strategic accounts
  • Establishing, building and maintaining positive, trusted relationships
  • Proactively providing advice and consultation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-5+ years experience in a customer or account management role
  • Strong Customer facing experience
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience in Java or JVM based technologies
