Job Summary

A video technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving product adoption and promote renewal and expansion of our product set
  • Creating goals-aligned implementation plans
  • Using metrics to understand progress to goals, and addresses the gaps

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in technology-related, customer success, or customer support roles
  • Experience working in education or education-related field
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
  • Organized with strong multitasking skills
