A video technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving product adoption and promote renewal and expansion of our product set
- Creating goals-aligned implementation plans
- Using metrics to understand progress to goals, and addresses the gaps
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in technology-related, customer success, or customer support roles
- Experience working in education or education-related field
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Organized with strong multitasking skills
