Job Summary

A company that provides help desk software is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Champion.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Chatting with potential customers to see if the service is a good fit
  • Helping to onboard trial customers and set up their accounts
  • Conducting webinars and trial demos

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least one year of support or success experience at a SaaS company, or other relevant experience
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership to see things through to completion
  • Must be an exceptional listener and educator, naturally curious with a strong desire to learn
