Job Summary

An employee engagement company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and manage a team of remote SAEs focused on enterprise customers
  • Maintain high-levels of employee engagement, customer satisfaction and revenue retention
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders at your customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
