Job Summary

An IT infrastructure company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Director in Louisville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting and owning practice development projects
  • Driving maximum integration of company into business processes and controls
  • Supporting TAMs and Sales teams on individual accounts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Expected to travel 30% of the time on average
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or technical discipline required
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
  • Technically astute
