Job Summary

A data company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Enablement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and implement skills development framework for Customer Success roles
  • Identify and understand the competencies individual contributors
  • Build and manage content and playbooks for Customer Success teams

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of combined enablement, customer success, customer success operations
  • Experience with customer success tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Proficient in LMS and sales enablement tools
  • Excellent communication skills and experience writing, editing, and presenting
