A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Executive.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to high profile, high-impact customer escalations
  • Maintain product expertise across the company's product line
  • Produce quality decks on at least a quarterly basis to showcase customer growth, trends, and product/industry maturity

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors of Arts OR Bachelor of Science degree
  • Consulting background and professional project management experience
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to multitask without getting frazzled
  • Formal technical support experience
