Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Executive.
Must be able to:
- Respond to high profile, high-impact customer escalations
- Maintain product expertise across the company's product line
- Produce quality decks on at least a quarterly basis to showcase customer growth, trends, and product/industry maturity
Skills and Requirements Include:

- 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors of Arts OR Bachelor of Science degree
- Consulting background and professional project management experience
- Strong project management skills and an ability to multitask without getting frazzled
- Formal technical support experience
