Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Applying project management and cross-departmental influence to drive resolution for escalated client issues
  • Coaching customers to ensure they are utilizing all available resources including customer support, training, and the client community
  • Tailoring a long-term success plan for each client that aligns with their business goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Conduct Semi-annual client visits to review performance and strengthen client relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 – 8 Years of Professional Experience
  • At least 2 – 3 Years of Specific Experience in Account Management or a Customer Service Capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialogue
