Job Summary
A email technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Identify and contact high value customers to offer additional support and education
- Provide excellent support for all customers via online chat, email and phone
- Help partners grow their user base and product offerings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have a experience of working in a customer service related role
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have experience of working in a sales related role and is great at building relationships
- Must be comfortable using online communication tools - e.g. skype, slack, live-chat
- Must have experience of working for a SAAS or technical business
