Job Summary

A email technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and contact high value customers to offer additional support and education
  • Provide excellent support for all customers via online chat, email and phone
  • Help partners grow their user base and product offerings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have a experience of working in a customer service related role
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Must have experience of working in a sales related role and is great at building relationships
