Job Summary
A travel program is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact for company partners
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
- Anticipate and resolve potential needs and issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in B2B account management, customer success or related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), MS Office Suite, and Google Apps Suite
