Job Summary

A travel program is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the key point of contact for company partners
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
  • Anticipate and resolve potential needs and issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in B2B account management, customer success or related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), MS Office Suite, and Google Apps Suite
