Job Summary

A communication technology and services company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging with Customers post-sale to drive user adoption and satisfaction
  • Forging highly effective customer partnerships
  • Developing a proactive individual Customer Success plan

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or comparable role
  • Highly effective and polished verbal and written Communication skills
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude
