Job Summary
A communication technology and services company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging with Customers post-sale to drive user adoption and satisfaction
- Forging highly effective customer partnerships
- Developing a proactive individual Customer Success plan
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or comparable role
- Highly effective and polished verbal and written Communication skills
- Demonstrated technical aptitude
