Job Summary

A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Establishing a trusted adviser relationship that works to ensure customer's overall satisfaction with our products and services
  • Handling overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship
  • Promoting opportunities for two-way communication

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel up to 35%
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 years in a customer facing services role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, and Product Management)
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive level
