Job Summary
An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Growing relationships with customer stakeholders
- Developing account strategies for maintaining strong customer health
- Providing assistance in creating and provisioning customer sites
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Up to 30% travel
- 3-5 years experience working in a school or district
- 2+ years experience in managing customer relationships and learning management programs
- Experience with business drivers for teachers, students, and senior district and/or state administration
- Experience working with and presenting results to senior level executive
- Experience working as a classroom teacher or in school/district offices
