Job Summary

A technology firm is filling a position for a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Developing and carrying out programs to keep customers informed of the releases of our offerings
  • Delivering outcomes in the form of renewals and incremental sales

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline
  • 3 years of account management or technical customer service experience
  • Experience working in a communication service provider, network equipment provider
  • Demonstrated ability to manage critical customer support escalations
  • Experience dealing with large customers and complex technical support issues
  • Experience with (SFDC) customer relationship management and case management solutions
