Job Summary

A provider of procurement performance solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Getting the accurate pulse of customer needs, goals and expectations from implementation through to operations
  • Generating opportunities and leads for upsell and cross-sell
  • Defining customer strategy in various accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Being open to travel
  • Experience working in Procrument / procure to pay P2P / source to pay / SaaS/ ERP
  • Must have managed renewal of existing client contracts ranging from $150K + to $500k+
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent engagement and solution selling skills, probing skills, negotiating skills and networking skills
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation and relate to clients and business needs
