Job Summary
A provider of procurement performance solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Getting the accurate pulse of customer needs, goals and expectations from implementation through to operations
- Generating opportunities and leads for upsell and cross-sell
- Defining customer strategy in various accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Being open to travel
- Experience working in Procrument / procure to pay P2P / source to pay / SaaS/ ERP
- Must have managed renewal of existing client contracts ranging from $150K + to $500k+
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent engagement and solution selling skills, probing skills, negotiating skills and networking skills
- Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation and relate to clients and business needs
