Job Summary
A social media moderation firm has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing dedicated support, data insights and customized reports to clients
- Collaborating with the sales team to help with client onboarding and upselling
- Managing a team of account coordinators
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service or Communications
- Experience independently managing and growing client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Genuine interest and passion for social media and up-to-date on trends
- Experience with running Facebook ads
