Job Summary

A website management platform is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring our customers are getting the most value using our platform
  • Acting as the steward of the customer relationship
  • Ensuring a consistent customer message is embedded in our processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA or BS or equivalent experience
  • 3- 5 yrs of success manager experience in technology
  • Working knowledge of Git, the command line, and familiarity with Drupal or Wordpress
  • A proven track record in managing clients, client retention, and growth
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
