Job Summary

A growing cloud software company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to develop a deep understanding of their problems
  • Conducting software configuration, training, testing and support during implementation
  • Coordinating tenant setup, identity management, and API integrations with technical team members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and customer service skills
  • 3-5 years of research administration and/or research compliance experience or close exposure
  • Experience providing functional support for an enterprise class research administration or research compliance system
  • Strong understanding of higher education research administration systems
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly master software applications and determine creative solutions to business problems
