Job Summary

A web-based learning platform is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a territory of school and district-level customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with administrators and teachers
  • Hit renewal and expansion quota by retaining accounts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of meeting or exceeding quota in a closing sales and/or account management role
  • Record of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in success
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Familiarity with business tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets
