Job Summary
A web-based learning platform is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a territory of school and district-level customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with administrators and teachers
- Hit renewal and expansion quota by retaining accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of meeting or exceeding quota in a closing sales and/or account management role
- Record of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in success
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Familiarity with business tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets
