Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
  • Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
  • Owning overall relationship with assigned clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Periodic meetings at our San Jose offices, company events and travel to customer sites in the US and Europe
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s)
  • 3+ years of relevant enterprise software experience, preferably in ERP, CPQ, or CRM
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history
