Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
- Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
- Owning overall relationship with assigned clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Periodic meetings at our San Jose offices, company events and travel to customer sites in the US and Europe
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s)
- 3+ years of relevant enterprise software experience, preferably in ERP, CPQ, or CRM
- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history
