A computer software company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Increase our engagement level across the client base
- Identify gaps to improve the customer experience
- Identify opportunities for increasing customer retention
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in a CSM, Marketing, Technical Account Management or Sales role
- An understanding of Software Development life cycles and project management skills
- A deep understanding of Big Data and the techniques
- Experience in technical architecture design
