Job Summary

A computer software company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Increase our engagement level across the client base
  • Identify gaps to improve the customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for increasing customer retention

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience in a CSM, Marketing, Technical Account Management or Sales role
  • An understanding of Software Development life cycles and project management skills
  • A deep understanding of Big Data and the techniques
  • Experience in technical architecture design
