Job Summary

A company that offers the worlds first event marketing software, allowing customers to maximize the impact of their event is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned book of Enterprise customers
  • Understand the dynamics of each customer’s business and execute account playbooks
  • Proactively monitor and influence client health score

Qualifications Include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer success or relationship management role
  • Excellent in-person and web presentations skills
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Strong communication skills
